What's new with the 2023 Smart Remote?

Samsung has made a few changes to the 2023 Smart Remote but much of the functionality has stayed the same. For example, you still charge the remote via indoor or outdoor light, or USB-C. You still pair the remote by holding it 1-2 feet from the TV and pressing & holding the Back and Play/Pause buttons. But with the 2023 model of the Smart Remote, Samsung has moved a convenient Quick Settings shortcut to the Number/Options button. Also, Disney+ has a dedicated button on the remote now too! The MultiView button has been removed, but this feature is still available when you press the Number/Options button. Also, don't forget you can check your remote's battery level by navigating to All Settings > General and Privacy > Power and Energy Saving.
