All About Intelligent Mode

Intelligent Mode settings are features that allow Samsung TVs to analyze their surroundings and make automatic adjustments to picture and sound settings based on usage patterns, environmental considerations, or program material. On 2023 TVs, Intelligent Mode is located in Settings > All Settings > General & Privacy. The feature must be enabled first, and then each of the separate settings can be toggled on or off individually. First, Adaptive Picture optimizes the brightness and picture quality based on the TVs surroundings and the programming being displayed. Next, Active Voice Amplifier analyzes ambient sound and amplifies dialogue in program content to ensure that it's audible throughout distracting noises. Adaptive Sound considers acoustics in the space and equalizes the TV's content to optimize the audio in the space. Lastly, Adaptive Volume takes into account usage history between streaming apps and other sources in order to intelligently adjust system volume when switching sources or content providers.
