When you’re struggling to resolve Samsung TV issues, run a factory reset to start fresh! To reset the device to its factory settings, press Home on your remote to open Smart Hub. Press the Left directional button, scroll down and select Settings, and then navigate to All Settings and select. From here, select General & Privacy and then Factory Data Reset. Enter your Pin and select Reset once more to proceed. A factory reset will erase settings like account information and downloaded apps – so keep this in mind.
