Use Samsung Smart Switch to back up your data to PC or Mac

Samsung Smart Switch makes it easy to back up data to your phone from a PC or Mac! If needed, download Smart Switch for your Mac or PC from samsung.com and from the Galaxy Store or Google Play Store for your phone. To start, connect your phone and computer with a USB cable and launch Samsung Smart Switch on your computer. Accept any terms and permissions, and tap Allow. On your computer, click Backup. Different content categories will display when you open Smart Switch. Select all appears by default, but you can deselect some files if you don’t want to move them over. Make your choices and click Backup. Your computer will start backing up your phone's content You’ll receive a computer prompt when the backup ends; click OK. You're all backed up!
