Set up the Galaxy Watch using the Wearable app

The Galaxy Wearable app makes it easy to set up your new Galaxy Watch. If you have an older model, back it up so you can easily restore your apps and other data on the new Watch. To start, turn on your new Watch and launch the Galaxy Wearable app on your phone. On your phone, tap Add new device, and then tap on your Watch name under Pick your device. The Watch and the app will both display numbers. Once you confirm the numbers match, the phone will begin scanning. When it’s finished scanning, tap your device, and then review the terms and conditions before tapping Continue. Next, choose your Google Terms of service preferences, tap More, and then tap I agree. The phone will finish up and confirm completion. After it’s completed, your watch will offer a brief navigation tutorial. Tap Start, take the tour, and enjoy your new Galaxy Watch!
