Updating the software on your Galaxy Buds and Galaxy Buds+ helps improve performance, add new features, and fix any bugs or issues. This can easily be done using the Galaxy Buds Manager desktop app. First, go to Samsung support and click on show more products. Click audio, select wireless earbuds, and then confirm your model type. Under manuals and downloads, click see more and download the correct software for your computer. Once the download is complete, connect your earbuds to your computer via Bluetooth, select connect, and then click check for updates.
