How to run a Samsung TV Self-Diagnosis

Use a self-diagnosis test to resolve Samsung TV operational issues. To run self-diagnosis tests, open the settings menu and select All Settings, Support, and then Device Care. Select Start Device Care to begin a quick TV diagnosis. Then, navigate down to Self-Diagnosis for a suite of tests. You can diagnose an individual component, or go down the list one by one.
