When power goes out due to an outage, circuit breaker tripping or other issue, your Samsung washer may display an error code. These codes vary based on model but any of these indicate that the power provided to the washer has experienced an irregularity: • 9C1 • 9C2 • PF • UC This error commonly occurs when the washing machine is being used in a region outside of its origin, as power standards differ between countries. To resolve the error, confirm the power supply is stable. Make sure the washer is on its own circuit. And for safety, do not use an extension cord with your washer’s power cord.
