If one of your earbuds is lost, the audio will automatically switch to mono until you find and reconnect it. For Gear IconX models, if you're not hearing audio, check the app to be sure the remaining earbud is set as the primary. With Galaxy Buds, you can connect the earbud to a new phone via the Wearable app. With IconX, you'll need both earbuds to pair to a new phone, but you can still use the single earbud with the phone currently paired to it.
