Accessing a mobile device with an unresponsive touchscreen

Broken or unresponsive phone screens can cause a panic! It can seem impossible to access your important data! Luckily there are a few troubleshooting steps. Recovery of messages, photos, and other important information is possible with an unresponsive but intact screen by simply using a USB mouse and keyboard and connecting directly to the phone.
