Enabling and Disabling your Laundry Chime

Select Samsung washers and dryers allow you to disable your cycle alarms! On some models, the panel will feature a button marked 'Alarm Off', while on others, the option may be a secondary function of another button. If this is the case, the panel will indicate which button to use, and pressing & holding the button for 3 seconds is required. For other models, you may need to press & hold the 'Options' button for three seconds and use the dial to select 'Alarm' from an on-screen menu. It's good to know that the key press sounds are not muted by using this function - only the end-of-cycle alarm and the power on/off sounds. At any point they can be re-enabled, so if you miss them, you can always turn them back on!
