Check the memory and storage on your Galaxy phone

It’s always a good idea to check your Storage and Memory, but it can also help when your Galaxy doesn’t seem to be giving its best performance. To check them, navigate to Settings, and tap Battery and device care. Tap Storage for a breakdown of how images, videos, and other files are allocated. Tap on any of the categories and delete files as needed to free up space. Under Memory, you can also stop background apps to open up space. Just tap Clean now and your phone will handle them for you. You can also tap RAM Plus and choose less virtual memory for more storage, although you won’t be able to run as many apps.
