Change the scrolling style on your Chromebook's touchpad

Chromebooks have two types of scrolling options, Traditional and Australian. Traditional is the default setting and allows you to swipe up while the page moves down. Australian allows you to swipe up and the page moves up, similar to how you would scroll on a phone.
