Over time, residue buildup can form in the detergent and softener drawer. To prevent this from happening, it’s important to clean the drawer once or twice a month. To clean the detergent drawer, you’ll need a soft cleaning brush and a cloth or towel. While pressing down the release lever, pull out the detergent drawer, and remove the compartments from each tray. Using warm water and the soft brush, clean the compartments. Be sure to clean the drawer opening as well.
