Get to know your new Samsung refrigerator

Just like any good friendship, you need to spend time with your refrigerator to really get to know the ins and outs of how it works. A great way to get to know your new fridge is by reviewing the user manual. To find a digital copy of your user manual, visit https://www.samsung.com/us/support/downloads/ and search for your fridge by model number or product type. Click confirm once you’ve found your model, and then select Download. A few things to keep in mind, if you’re unable to change the temperature on your fridge or use the panel at all, make sure it isn’t locked. If you see condensation and frost, make sure the door seals are clean and airtight. One thing you may not know about your fridge is that it sometimes makes noise! Keep in mind that not all of the noises you hear will be bad. It could just be the walls of the fridge expanding and contracting as the refrigerator is changing temperatures or water dripping on the defrost heater.
