Next, hover over support and click on schedule a service appointment. You will need your model number so be sure to have that on hand. Select your product type, sign into your Samsung account, and click request service. Select the product you need help with, or register new product if it’s not there, and then create a ticket. Finally, just choose an appointment time that works best for you and you’re all set! You can always check the status of your request by going to my product page in your Samsung account.
