How to properly sort and wash your laundry

For fabric types, be sure to group your delicate items together and avoid washing them with heavier fabrics or items with lots of zippers to avoid damage. Separating by fabric types will also help when it comes time to dry your clothes as heavier items have a longer dry time than lighter fabrics.
