How to share your location with others on the Galaxy S22, S22+, and S22 Ultra

Sharing your location with family and friends is a great way to let them know where you are. This is perfect if you’re traveling, or if you simply want your friends and family to know you’re safe. Sharing your location pin is a cinch! Open the Google Maps app on your phone, and tap the Compass icon. You may be prompted to calibrate your compass. If so, follow the on-screen prompts. Once your location is found, a blue dot will appear. Touch and hold the blue dot to drop a red pin onto the map.
